This notice describes how contact information provided through the Site is handled. It reflects the existing Spanish privacy policy and Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you may ask to access, update, correct or delete your personal data where applicable, request proof of authorization, learn how your data has been used, or submit a complaint to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

Write to santtiagocubides@gmail.com with your name, a clear description of your request and a way to receive the response. The Spanish policy describes the applicable response periods for consultations and claims.

6. Providers and external platforms

Infrastructure, email or analytics providers may process information needed to operate the Site. WhatsApp conversations take place on a third-party platform and are subject to its policies.

7. Retention and security

Information is kept for as long as needed for the stated purposes or a legal or contractual obligation. Reasonable security measures are applied, although no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use technologies for preferences or measurement. If analytics requiring cookies are introduced, the Site will provide appropriate information about their use.
